Shipping & Shop Policies
Items will be shipped from Bangkok via Thailand Post’s registered Air Mail within 3-5
working days once a full payment is received. Once shipped, you will be provided with
tracking numbers to check the current status of your shipment. Normally, the parcel
takes 16-17 working days to arrive at your destinations in US & Canada, but sooner
for those in Europe, Australia and Asia. Nevertheless, it is also subject to transport
conditions and custom clearance which may vary from country to country.
Please kindly double-check your shipping address on PayPal to ensure that your
address filed is corrected. Once the purchase is received, we will contact you to
confirm the address. However, if no response given, we will ship to the shipping
address you filed on PayPal.
Please take note that under normal circumstances, your local post office will leave
you a notice if you are not at home during the time of product delivery. You
may then pick up the parcel at your local post office within 30 days. If no one
claim or pick up the parcel within that period of time, the parcel will be sent
back to us. If this happen, the buyer will be requested to pay for the re-shipping fees.
Please be noted that any customs charges, taxes, tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, etc.
that may be incurred at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Product return will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. The item being returned must be in
new condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any items that have been
used and refunds will only be issued after we receive the item. In that case, buyer is solely
responsible for the re-shipping fees, while transaction fees which have already been
incurred upon us on your purchase will also be deducted from the refund payment.
